Getting a faster answer
If something is going wrong in the app, these three things turn a slow back-and-forth into a single reply:
- The email address you signed in with.
- Your phone and OS version — iPhone 15, iOS 18.2, for example.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Deleting your account or your data
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data attached to it at any time. Email support@codeaamy.com from the address you signed up with, and see Contact & data deletion in the Privacy Policy for what happens to your information afterwards.
The calendar question
The thing people most often want to check before they connect a calendar: Planout reads when you are busy or free, and your group only ever sees that. Titles, guests, locations and notes stay yours, and you can disconnect from Profile at any time. The full detail is in section 2 of the Privacy Policy.
Billing, cancellations and refunds
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed and cancelled in your store account, and refunds for those are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. The Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out how each case works and how to ask us for help with one.
