Planout is a digital product. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped. All features are delivered electronically within the app.
1. Digital delivery only
Planout is a mobile application and online service operated by Codeaamy FZCO. We do not sell or ship any physical products. Access to the app and its features is provided entirely online.
2. How you receive access
- Download the Planout app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and sign in to start using it.
- If you purchase an optional subscription or paid feature, access is enabled on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed — there is no waiting or delivery period.
3. Shipping charges
Because there is no physical delivery, no shipping or handling fees are ever charged.
4. Delivery issues
If you completed a purchase but a paid feature was not activated on your account, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
